We do ship around the whole AFRICA and the shipping rates vary according to the country you are in. Once an order is placed, the shipping rate will be added.

Please note that the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances)
How do I change my shipping method?
Once you have placed an order, the shipping method is not supposed to be changed anymore. However, you can contact us by email or phone number as soon as possible, if the order is still in early processing stage, you may able to change the shipping method.
How long will it take to receive items after I place an order?
When items are shipped out, we will send notification to your registered email address. The tracking number might not be available until a few days after dispatch, we will update the tracking information once it is available.

Once you get the tracking number, you may check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the related delivery company.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges.
REFUND
If your package has not been delivered successfully due to the delay or loss of DHL, your order will not be refunded as it is no longer in my possession. Please contact me via email and I will place a claim with DHL.
